Sports Podiatry

- Fractures including stress fractures

After a biomechanical examination, treatment may include:
- Advice on training, footwear and modification or adjustment of equipment
- Use of various padding or strapping techniques
- Padded Insoles with modifications
- Prefabricated orthotic devices
- Prescription orthotic therapy
- Stretching exercise programmes
- Further testing, eg: X-rays
- Referral to other appropriate health professionals
